In a developing legal saga, Nigerian billionaire Tunde Ayeni, represented by his counsel Dele Adesina (SAN), has formally requested the Nigerian Immigration Service to invalidate any international passport bearing his name presented by his ex-girlfriend’s daughter, Adaobi Alagwu.

Ayeni’s legal argument rests on the absence of blood ties between him and the child, thereby justifying the removal of his name from her travel documents.

This latest development follows a recent issuance of a “Cease and Desist” legal notice directed at Alagwu regarding the use of the family name ‘Ayeni’ for her daughter, Omarosa.

The unfolding situation has its roots in Alagwu’s arrest for trespassing on Ayeni’s private property in Abuja, adding layers to the ongoing dispute.

Amidst the legal proceedings, Ayeni has taken to issuing multiple press statements to refute claims of paternity, shedding light on the complexity of the situation and the lengths to which he is willing to go to assert his position.

As the legal wrangling continues, the spotlight remains firmly on the contentious relationship between Ayeni and Alagwu, with implications stretching from personal matters to official documentation.
