The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu would be screened today ahead of the presidential primary of the ruling party.
The All Progressive Congress (APC) has scheduled their presidential screening for two days, Monday, 30th May and Tuesday 31st May 2022.
The screening committee of the ruling party would screen twenty-three presidential aspirants ahead of the 2023 presidential election.
The former Governor of Lagos State would be screened today as he aspires to clinch the presidential ticket of the party.
Although there has been speculations that Tinubu might dump the ruling party, if he fails to secure the presidential ticket of the APC.
It was alleged that the ‘plan b’ of the APC leader is to join the Social Democratic Party if he fails to clinch the ticket of SDP.
Apart from Tinubu, the party would screen vice president, Yemi Osinbajo and other presidential aspirants today and tomorrow.
Others on the list are Senate President Ahmed Lawan and former ministers Rotimi Amaechi, Ogbonnaya Onu, Godswill Akpabio, and Chukwuemeja Nwajiuba.
