Multichoice, the organisers of the popular reality TV show Big Brother Naija (BBNaija), have announced auditions for the highly anticipated ninth season, introducing a new twist to the selection process.
In a statement posted on BBNaija’s official social media platforms, it was revealed that audition applications for Season 9 would commence on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. The auditions will feature a novel format where contestants will audition in pairs.
According to the organisers, auditioning pairs can consist of close friends, family members, love partners, or any other combination that embodies a “dynamic duo.” This new approach aims to add an exciting dimension to the show and discover contestants who can bring a unique dynamic to the Big Brother house.

Contestants interested in participating in the auditions are encouraged to submit a three-minute video showcasing their personalities, strengths as a duo, and reasons why they should be selected to be part of BBNaija Season 9.
