The record-setting moment occurred halfway through the first quarter, with Curry finishing the game with an impressive 37 points, including six three-pointers, leading the Warriors to a 124-120 victory. The 35-year-old showcased his exceptional skills in the fourth quarter, scoring 12 consecutive points in less than two minutes, effectively bringing an end to the Warriors’ three-game losing streak.
Teammate Klay Thompson also made a significant contribution, finishing the game with 24 points and moving into ninth place on the career three-pointer list. This achievement placed him alongside four other Warriors players who scored in double figures.
Despite the Nets being led by Cam Thomas, who delivered a remarkable performance with 41 points, they suffered their third loss in four games, missing two opportunities to equalize or take the lead in the final minute.
