There are reports that the Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has adjusted the pump price of PMS to N617 per litre.
A visit to an NNPC filling station in the Central area of Abuja by our reporter confirmed that the fuel price has now been adjusted from N539 to N617 per litre.
As at the time of filling this report, the Nigeria Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NDMPRA) has not yet responded to this new development. It is not unrelated to recent projections by oil marketers that fuel prices will hit N700 per litre soon.
